Crafts and Carols at the Haven Lakewood

Help us spread some holiday cheer! Join us at the Haven Lakewood, an assisted living center, as we help residents to create Christmas decorations for the tree in their activity center. Then we'll sing a few Christmas Carols together.

About the event
Join us for a holiday volunteer event at the Haven Lakewood.
We'll start by helping the residents make some ornaments for their tree. We'll be using pom poms and glue to decorate, so this event is geared to kiddos 3-6 years old. Once the kiddos make one ornament to share, they can make one ornament for themselves to take home. We'll also have coloring pages/paper, if they finish early.
Afterwards, we'll sing some Christmas Carols with the residents. In case you want to brush up on the lyrics, we plan to sing Deck the Halls, Jingle Bells and We Wish you a Merry Christmas.
If you're parking at the Haven, you can park on the fenced spots right when you turn off of Marlowe. You can also park under the trees which is over by the dumpster area. Either is fine. The signs for towing are because it is for their lot. So…
